There is a soft-mute function which we use with the commands like "What song is this?" There is one for system volume, one for each of: MediaMonkey, XBMC, iTunes, MediaPortal.

Can anyone advise how to use shortuct keys such as ] [ ~ # as they don't appear in the list for inout or send keys & when I entered the key manually into the {} it didn't work.
What I need is a shortcut for Alt + ] - but this doesn't work {ALT}({]})
Chances are I've searched the forum, searched the wiki & scoured You Tube but I'm just to thick to work it out without help!
