Bleibt meine Lizenz nach dem Upgrade auf Windows 10 erhalten oder muss ich diese irgendwie umziehen oder erst deaktivieren und dann wieder aktivieren. Danke im voraus.

Deine Lizenz wird auch für Windows 10 gültig sein. Beim selben Rechner sollte sich die Lizenz automatisch aktivieren. Sollte dies nicht funktionieren, musst Du eben den Aktivierungsschlüssel von Hand eingeben.
