this is more a hiccup than a bug :)
if I remember correctly, in VC versions before implementing the command tree with new icons, optional payload used to show up in italic just like optional text .... which is not the case anymore in 2.1.3.8.

TIPS: POST VC VERSION #. Explain what you want VC to do. Say what you've tried & what happened, or post a video demo. Attach VC log. Link to instructions followed.  Post your command (xml)
