Just made a quick demo to show folks some home automation if they needed their imaginations firing up a bit.
Cheers,

Nice setup MrWolf! And nice demonstration vid
Sweet!
I just hope your messy wife gets kudos for tolerating all that extra hardware in her bedroom. ;D
She told me off last night for blaming her. Much of the mess in that video is mine (I have a gun against my head right now).

@MrWolf
Check out your pm's once in a while.
A very close friend of mine has become something of an internet celebrity and gets 10's of thousands of hits every day to his youtube channel http://www.youtube.com/user/sacriel42
With him being the terribly good bloke that he is he immediately put my latest video on his feed and got voxcommando some more of the attention that it deserves from his minions :) 647 hits at current count, he only posted it yesterday!
Also, I've got a new lad at work trialling Vox now and he's really impressed. He's said that he will be buying it, between these two things it's created a bit more buzz around work and more of my lads are finally taking the plunge into XBMC. I shall keep plugging this software for as long as it takes to make people realise how easy it is to step into the future!

I've replied now Mij :)

excellent. Maybe he can post a link to this one: (or should I put it as a video response to yours?)

I'd feel cheeky asking him, but if you stick it as a reply to mine for now I shall try and gauge his feeling on posting another one for me next time Neesha and I go round for a pizza night!

fair enough thanks.
Hey James,
I convinced Chris to put your video on his feed :)
He couldn't believe that such a fantastic piece of software hadn't already exploded into the mainstream and said he was only too happy to help promote it.
Keep your eye on http://www.youtube.com/user/sacriel42/feed
If you haven't seen your video pop up by the end of today then let me know and I'll give him a nudge.
Thanks,
-P
I figured you were the cheeky bastard for the job. ::bow Excellent news. Many thanks!
Haha!
I most certainly am ;)
I don't think he ever posted it. Then again I often have selective blindness so I could easily be mistaken.
We're going round for pizza and a bad movie on Tuesday, I'll set myself a reminder on my phone to ask him if he can do it there and then.

@MrWolf
A Nice demo, looking forward to seeing more.
Thanks Mij :)
