I dont know how possible this would be but in the edit menu what about being able to add folders in folders?

It is a very good idea.
As a heavy user of VoxCommando, I have often thought that this would be a nice convenience, but it would actually be a huge amount of work to implement. I wouldn't want to go there unless I was doing a complete redesign of the program from the ground up.
